If something about our service did not meet your expectations, we want to hear about it directly. A complaint handled properly is more useful to us than a customer who quietly goes elsewhere.
Call us and ask to discuss a service concern, or send the details through the contact page. Raising it as soon as possible helps, because hardware condition, photographs, and job notes are easier to review while the work is recent.
To review a complaint properly we need:
We aim to acknowledge every complaint promptly and to review it within a few business days. Some reviews take longer, for example where a parts supplier, vehicle manufacturer, or another provider has to be consulted, or where a return visit is needed to inspect the hardware.
We will tell you what we found, what we can do, and why. If a return visit, adjustment, rework, or adjustment to the invoice is appropriate, we will arrange it. If we do not agree that the concern is our responsibility, we will explain that clearly rather than leave it unanswered.
You may ask for the matter to be reviewed again by the owner of the business. You also retain whatever rights you have under North Carolina consumer protection law, including the ability to raise the matter with the relevant state authority. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Complaints and their outcomes are recorded so we can spot recurring problems in scheduling, communication, parts, or workmanship. Records are kept in line with our privacy policy.
Questions about this policy can be directed to Emergency Locksmith Charlotte, NC by phone at (984) 394 - 2399, or through the contact page.
